CONTACT US TO DISCUSS CUSTOM TRUCK/TRAILER CONFIGURATION OPTIONS

A typical dump truck is equipped with an open-box bed, which is hinged at the rear and equipped with hydraulic rams to lift the front, allowing the material in the bed to be dumped on the ground behind the truck at the site of delivery. Our fleet of dump trucks are available in a variety of unique configurations which can accomodate any projects needs. Whether your job site is constrained due to the terrain, or has other challenging conditions we can dispatch the equipment you need to get the job done.

Tandem dump trucks feature a short wheelbase with 2 powered axles, which are more lightweight and maximizes maneuverability. These trucks play a wide variety of roles and are a popular choice for local hauling and for construction sites, particularly since they tend to have better maneuverability.

Tridem dump trucks come with 3 powered axles for increased load capacity and heavy duty transportation. Tridem dump trucks support longer and heavier loads, at the expense of maneuverability. Depending on the configuration, they can carry between 25% and 50% more than a tandem dump truck.

Pulled by a standard dump truck, a pup trailer has its own hydraulic ram, which makes it capable of self-unloading. This setup maximizes payload capacity without sacrificing maneuverability. A key point is that you don't have to unhook the trailer.

The advantage with transfer trailers is that you can haul two full loads of material to the job site, which is especially useful when travelling a long distance. The transfer trailer rolls on rails from the trailer to the standard dump truck box where it is then dumped using the standard truck and rolled back onto the transfer trailer rails.

Tandem dump trucks feature a short wheelbase with 2 powered axles, which maximizes maneuverability. The main drawback is limited payload as specified by regional weight and axle spacing regulations. With a tandem pony trailer, you can increase the payload capacity.

Quad wagon trailers come with a smooth body shape and concave floor for easy clean out and excellent load release. When combined with a standard dump truck, quad wagons can triple your hauling capacity. The advantage with quad wagons is that they are self-dumping, allowing you to accommodate larger or heavy-duty loads with faster dumping.

Tridem dump trucks come with 3 powered axles for increased load capacity and heavy duty transportation. Tridem dump trucks support longer and heavier loads than a tandem dump truck, which can be increased further by adding a Tridem Pup which has its own hydraulic ram and makes it capable of self-unloading.

Tridem end dump trailers have a trailer body that tips up and discharges its contents from the rear.End dump trailers allow you to carry larger loads than a standard dump truck, while offering rapid unloading. End dumps incorporate a heavy-sided design that enables them to handle any aggregate material, including gravel and rock.

A side dump trailer has hydraulic rams that tilt the body to dump material to the right or left side of the trailer. This allows for maximum payload, as well as rapid unloading. The trailer also remains stable during the dumping process. Side dump trailers are particularly well suited for site prep work or for hauling products that need a water-tight tub.
